Stephen Bolander is a retired human resource executive. He held various manufacturing and human resource positions over a 35 year career, retiring in 1999 as Vice President of Employee Relations from Ball-Foster Glass Container Company, a major container manufacturing company with 21 manufacturing plants and sales of $1.5 billion. Mr. Bolander has also been actively involved in his community, serving on his hometown governing board, his church board, and his country club board, in each case serving as a board member and president of the board.

Rose-Anne focuses her practice on estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning for individuals and their families and the administration of estates and trusts. On the planning side, Rose-Anne is experienced in the creation of tax-efficient succession plans using a variety of both traditional estate planning vehicles and business entities. Rose-Anne also is experienced in drafting customized beneficiary designations for IRAs and other tax-deferred investment accounts.

Paul Gesko is President and Treasurer of Miller Gesko and Company, Inc. He is the founder and principal of the firm, as well as a member of its Investment Advisory Committee. In addition to his responsibilities as financial planner and advisor, Paul oversees all aspects of company operations, including the income and estate tax departments. He also manages our Sarasota, Florida office. Before joining Miller Gesko in 1969, Paul specialized in trusts and estates for individuals in the Trust Administration Department of M & T Bank.

Scott Rockwell is a partner and advisor in a financial services team with Morgan Stanley. He has 20 years of experience serving clients in the financial services industry holding positions in commercial banking, private banking, and investment management with Bank of America and Merrill Lynch. For the past 8 years, Scott has provided investment and wealth management services and advice to families and businesses.

A graduate of University of South Florida, John Berkey has spent 20 years in the financial services industry in Southwest Florida. He is a Financial Advisor at Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC and concentrates his practice on customized investment planning, retirement planning, and estate investment planning.
John has been actively involved in non-profit organizations for most of his career. He understands the needs of many in the community are dependent on charitable organizations. As such, he is passionate about matching potential donors with quality worthwhile organizations that would best meet the donor’s wishes. |

Kristin has spent the last 24 years in the Social Service arena working with children and families. Kristin is currently in her tenth year as a Social Worker with Tidewell Hospice. Kristin received her Bachelor Degree in Social work from Carroll College, Waukesha, Wisconsin, and her Masters Degree in Social Work from The University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee. Kristin has been the former Secretary of her Condominium Association. Kristin is currently an active member of the Membership committee and The Host committee of the Meadows Country Club.

John is Vice President and partner at Willis A. Smith Construction, Inc., a Sarasota - based Construction Management firm that was voted Small Business of the Year 2006 - Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce and Service Company of the Year 2007 - Sarasota Economic Development Council. John was born in 1968 in Sarasota, Florida, attended Riverview High School and graduated from the University of Florida in 1991 with a B.S. in Building Construction. John became a State Licensed General Contractor in 1993.

Lisa M. Mead joined Northern Trust in May of 2008 as Vice President in the Trust Division. She is responsible for trust administration in the Longboat Key office. A native of Michigan, Lisa has over 22 years in banking, 19 of which are in trust administration. Prior to joining Northern Trust, Lisa worked for SunTrust Bank as Vice President in their Trust Division. Lisa received a B.S. in Management/Marketing from Florida Metropolitan University and is a graduate of Cannon Financial Trust School. She is a certified Trust and Financial Advisor. (CTFA)

Sarah Peel is President and owner of Administrative Concepts. In addition to her years as President and owner of ACC, Ms. Peel has also served a number of years as an officer of Leasing Consultants Corporation. Ms. Peel holds a BA from State University of New York (SUNY) at Albany, N.Y., with one year of study in Madrid, Spain.

Frank is currently a general manager for Stonewood Grill & Tavern. Previously I he was a managing partner for Carrabba’s Italian Grill where he received 3 Partner of the Year awards and 29 additional awards for various accomplishments including community involvement. In addition to managing the Cortez Road restaurant Frank handles marketing for all three Stonewood Grill & Taverns in Manatee and Sarasota counties.
