Easter Seals Southwest Florida

Stephen Bolander is a retired human resource executive. He held various manufacturing and human resource positions over a 35 year career, retiring in 1999 as Vice President of Employee Relations from Ball-Foster Glass Container Company, a major container manufacturing company with 21 manufacturing plants and sales of $1.5 billion. Mr. Bolander has also been actively involved in his community, serving on his hometown governing board, his church board, and his country club board, in each case serving as a board member and president of the board.

He has also served on the United Way board and the Area Plan Commission of Grant County, Indiana. In addition to serving on the Board of Directors for Easter Seals Southwest Florida, Steve currently serves on the planning committee for the Meadows Cup charity golf tournament benefiting Easter Seals. He is also Development Director and on the Board of Directors for Global Outreach, a local non-profit promoting computer literacy in secondary schools in Tanzania, Africa.

He holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration and an M.S. degree in Management and Labor Relations from Ball State University, Muncie, Indiana. Steve and his wife Linda live in Sarasota, Florida.
