Paul Gesko is President and Treasurer of Miller Gesko and Company, Inc.   He is the founder and principal of the firm, as well as a member of its Investment Advisory Committee. In addition to his responsibilities as financial planner and advisor, Paul oversees all aspects of company operations, including the income and estate tax departments.   He also manages our Sarasota, Florida office. Before joining Miller Gesko in 1969, Paul specialized in trusts and estates for individuals in the Trust Administration Department of M & T Bank.

Rose-Anne focuses her practice on estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning for individuals and their families and the administration of estates and trusts. On the planning side, Rose-Anne is experienced in the creation of tax-efficient succession plans using a variety of both traditional estate planning vehicles and business entities.  Rose-Anne also is experienced in drafting customized beneficiary designations for IRAs and other tax-deferred investment accounts.

Marina Ramirez Adair was born in San Antonio, Texas and relocated to Bradenton in 1986. She is a visual artist, Gallery Owner, and President of Marina's Village Studios & Gallery, Inc. As a co-founder of the Village of the Arts district in Bradenton, she designed its colorful logo. She enjoys educating the public on programs and messages that represent the economic impact that the arts bring to our local community. Her leadership helped pave the way to develop and form the Village of the Arts as one of the first property owners in that neighborhood.

Carlos Cardenas is married and has 5 children (Alexandra 15, Juliana 14, Gabriela 12, Nicolas 11 and Lucas 3).  He and his wife Cristina relocated to Sarasota in 2004 from Fort Wayne Indiana.  Carlos currently works at PES - Progressive Employer Services as Senior Director of Marketing & Regional Sales Manager.  He joined PES in October 2006 and brings over 20 years of management experience in the areas of strategy, business development, marketing and operations.

Mr. Milford Desenberg was born in Great Neck, Long Island and raised in Flint, Michigan during the depression. He then moved to New York City where he attended high school. Following high school, he attended and graduated from the University of Kansas. He and his family opened the first discount store in the state of Texas, which grew to business larger than Wal-Mart. Milford and his wife, Zita, moved to Sarasota in 1973 and were in the real estate business. Mr. Desenberg has a master’s degree in Special Education and currently enjoys tutoring Sarasota County first graders in reading.

John is Vice President and partner at Willis A. Smith Construction, Inc., a Sarasota - based Construction Management firm that was voted Small Business of the Year 2006 - Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce and Service Company of the Year 2007 - Sarasota Economic Development Council. John was born in 1968 in Sarasota, Florida, attended Riverview High School and graduated from the University of Florida in 1991 with a B.S. in Building Construction. John became a State Licensed General Contractor in 1993.

Robert H. Mitchell  has been helping people increase and conserve their wealth for more than 30 years. He is CEO of Mitchell & Company, Inc., an independent life insurance agency. Bob earned his law (JD) degree, MBA and Bachelor’s degree from Seton Hall University in NJ. He is admitted to the Pennsylvania bar. He has completed intensive training at The American College in Bryn Mawr, PA and has been certified a "Special Care Planner." The SpecialCare (sm) Program helps develop strategies to address the lifetime financial requirements of special needs individuals.

Bruce Mullin has been helping successful individuals and non-profit entities find appropriate investment solutions at Bank of America and its predecessor organizations for over 30 years. Included in his current work responsibilities are long range financial planning, customized risk management and strategic asset allocation, and the implementation and ongoing management of client investment portfolios. Involved in this process is a full knowledge of individual manager selection and blending, as well as the role of alternative investments.

Sarah Peel is President and co-owner of Administrative Concepts with her husband, George Bushong. In addition to her years as President and co-owner of ACC, Ms. Peel has also served a number of years as an officer of Leasing Consultants Corporation. Ms. Peel holds a BA from State University of New York (SUNY) at Albany, N.Y., with one year of study in Madrid, Spain.

Scott Rockwell is a partner and advisor in a financial services team with Morgan Stanley. He has 20 years of experience serving clients in the financial services industry holding positions in commercial banking, private banking, and investment management with Bank of America and Merrill Lynch. For the past 8 years, Scott has provided investment and wealth management services and advice to families and businesses.  

Dr. Phyllis Yonker, a native of Philadelphia, graduated from Temple University’s School of Medicine, completed her pediatric residency at the University of Florida and All Children's Hospital. From 1985-2008, she was a managing partner of a private pediatric practice in Sarasota. She is currently a board certified diplomat of the National Board of Medical Examiners and the American Board of Pediatrics, as well as a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
